Who we are

Webdesly Habits (“the Service”) is operated by Webdesly (“we”, “us”). Contact: nvd@webdesly.com.

What we collect

• Account data: email address used for magic-link sign-in.
• Habit data: habit names, schedules, check-ins, optional notes, measurable values, and related preferences you create in the app.
• Technical data: essential session cookies, basic server logs needed to operate and secure the Service, and privacy-friendly analytics (page views / performance via Vercel Analytics).

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use advertising trackers.

Why we process data

• To create and authenticate your account (contract / legitimate interest).
• To provide habit tracking and sync across devices (contract).
• To secure the Service and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
• To understand product usage with aggregated analytics (legitimate interest).
• To respond to support requests you send us (legitimate interest / consent).

Processors

We use trusted providers to run the Service:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Vercel — application hosting, delivery, and Analytics.

These providers process data on our instructions and under appropriate agreements. Data may be processed in the EU/EEA and/or other regions depending on provider infrastructure.

Retention

We keep your account and habit data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data from our production systems, subject to short-lived backups and legal retention where required.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EEA/UK, you may request:

• Access to your personal data
• Correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion of your account and data
• Export of your habit logs (CSV available in the app)
• Objection or restriction where applicable

You can delete your account in Settings, or email nvd@webdesly.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Children

The Service is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
