Agreement

By using Webdesly Habits at https://habits.webdesly.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. The Service is provided by Webdesly. Questions: nvd@webdesly.com.

The Service

Webdesly Habits is a habit journal web application. Features may change as we improve the product. We may offer free and paid plans in the future; current access is provided as described on the site.

Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address for magic-link sign-in.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion removes your habit data from our production systems.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Reverse engineer or scrape the Service in a way that harms us or others

Your content

You retain ownership of the habit names and notes you create. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate the Service for you.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”. Habit tracking is not medical, therapeutic, or professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webdesly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) €50.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Romania have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
